- Portugal, 1917: 17-year-old Zacarias volunteers for the army to fight against the Germans in World War I. Instead of France, however, he ends up in Mozambique, where the harshness of the jungle awaits him rather than glorious battles.
- The God of the Bible is still doing miracles today. Darren Wilson interviews Christians from various parts of the world to show how God is still working.
- Sons of God is not just a film. It's a unique insight into a world where faith and love are no longer unattainable concepts - but actualized reality. Inexplicable miracles. Lives radically transformed. Sons and daughters living lives abandoned to their God. Dutch filmmaker Immanuel Hazeleger traveled the world to capture a story that inspires, brings hope and might even make God a bit more accessible.
- The powerful story of Heidi & Rolland Baker and the ministry of Iris Global This feature-length biography traces the journey of Heidi Baker, a modern day Mother Theresa, as The Baker's pursuit of the presence of God has transformed a poverty-stricken and war torn Mozambique through love in action. Shot on the run over a period of 20 years, in 10 countries and on 4 continents in war zones, brothels, and Ivy League campuses, from Hollywood to Mozambique, this film chronicles the power of one life fully yielded to God and the truth that love wins.
- If you ever wondered if caring people can make a difference in this world, then be sure to see this program.
- Mozambique is a very long country and stretches for thousands of kilometers of coasts in the Indian Ocean. In some regions of this very low relief shore line, like Pemba (ancient Port Amelia) or the Mozambique Island, a coral barrier has formed with the typical underwater fauna and flora of that Ocean, immortalized by the divers who have visited the Seychelles or Mauritius Islands. As in all the films in the series, the Sea is the central subject. But in this country it is most interesting to observe the intermix and crush of cultures so different as the African, the Arabic, the Indian, and more recently the Portuguese. The Island of Mozambique is the place where this mixture has its highest point, not only as far is anthropology is concerned but also in its architecture.
