I want to say Hell yes!! But I guess thats inappropriate.

This show has had its ups and downs, but this episode is a great starting point to make the plot have some epic turns. I definitely recommend revisiting if you gave up on this show somewhere throughout the season like I almost did

How could it end there?

That was not a cliff hanger or anything. It felt like the middle of an episode that was in the middle of the season. And it just poof...ends. It made no sense for Kristen to get burned like that..And i really wanted to see more.

Good End to S1

Good cliffhanger ending. I binge watched most of this first season and found it entertaining but meandering. I think the writers and producers would be wise to keep focused on one or two solid story lines versus a shot-gun approach. Trust me, there's a lot to work with, and quality always matters...quantity not so much. To me, Kristen & Ben really stood out in S1, and I think the show would get much better if David found a way to shed his civilian look and became more of a Cleric. The way this show is trending, he's going to need God on his side 24/7.

Shooting Blanks All The Way

Nothing supernatural happens most of the time. This show spends most of the time at court hearings.

Katja Herbers gets wise and has new locks and alarm system installed. Then she is so incredibly stupid that she gives keys to her annoying brats, and hijinks ensue thanks to the kids. All these kids are under 13, so it is legally child abuse that they are alone in the house at any time, but especially at night.

The evil characters are usually three steps ahead of Katja, Colters, and Akbar. This series is a soap opera about conflicted characters failing over and over again. Mike Colters is the only reason I watch. He deserves better.

Evil exists but...

I really like this show I grew up someone religious and went to church and even got baptized at 13/14. I regret getting baptized. If you are skeptical about Christianity or religion on a whole this is a show for you. This episode opened my eyes further about evil but evil in the form of human activity and human activity alone. A mass shot isn't controlled by the devil, a suicide bomber isn't controlled by the devil and Martin Shkreli is an evil man but is he controlled by the devil? I don't believe in satanism as it relates to 'evil powers'. There is no power from hell that influences people.

Near the beginning, when Kristen wakes from the dream within a dream so is still dreaming, the letters on her daughter's shirt are legible. As the show has pointed out multiple times, and had done with her phone just a few minutes earlier, writing is not readable in dreams. The daughter's shirt should have been blurry.
