Near-L

This is such a great episode especially if you saw the Abbot Elementary episode first. I never watched that show but as a Sunny fan i realized it was a must and even tho its not the funniest thing ever and it restrained the characters a bit, it was good on its own. The Sunny characters also did not feel like themselves in that episode UNTIL this season premiere of Sunny because it explains why they acted differently with their devious and personal motives. All jokes landed pretty smoothly they were funny and natural, They done all that while also allowing the abbot characters shine. Basically a perfect episode.

Sunny is back with a lot of chemistry.

Was simply amazing. Everything that i like about Rick and Morty is here. It took 5 bad episodes (some basically unwatchable) to get it but it's finally here. It appears that just like season 7 which had mediocre episodes and occasional masterpieces like the Prime Rick finale and the Hole episodes, which are pure gold, season 8 will also be inferior but as long as they keep bringing episodes like this one i'm in. So Rick and Morty is not dead. Voices are inferior, show is inferior but great episodes are still happening.

Hopefully the rest of the season maintains the wuality this episode brought to the table again.

Voices are similar sometimes. But when its noticeable, its VERY noticeable. And it's completely off putting because the characters feel like different people. The other problem with it is how the voices aren't funny anymore. Justin not only was a great voice actor he had the timing and knew how to make them sound hilarious. This mixed up with how episodes writing are weaker now are the perfect ingredients to the downfall of Rick and Morty. The spaguetti concept was funny but the rest of the episode didn't have much going for it. It saddens me to write this but it really is the end. Rick and Morty is now a show for the tasteless kids who will enjoy anything they do because they lack any form of criticism in their blood. They are made of spaguetti.
