Anyone else need to watch the show with sunglasses on because the colour palate is way too bright? What's up with that by the way the first season wasn't so eye watering colourful it was just dim and dark because that was Melbourne at the time in series one before it moved to New Zealand for whatever reason

With that being my chief complaint the rest of the show is fine and easy to follow. I wish the show was still set in Melbourne sometimes because I miss the moody and dark edginess of Melbourne streets if there is another season after the current one it should wrap the story up where it began one would hope but oh well I guess.

SBS is a genius in the hidden gems it seems to create out of nowhere. After they created safe home you had to wonder where they would go and they went deep into crime and it was quite good.

I don't understand why it only rates as a 6 on here? Deserves a higher rating because of the high stakes drama and how many times you can rewatch in one sitting.

Melbourne is also such a great spot for finding this filming gems and the show uses the city as the villain too and that's crazy but the characters are doing everything they can to survive a crazy world.

Sit down over an afternoon and grab a popcorn the shows good.

I came back to delete my previous review where I said the "show was good" to write a new one on this because after watching the show again almost a year later and it's still awful. My eyes were just poorly opened and it showed. The only good episode was the final 10 minutes of the finale. Seriously hope if abc wants to go again, they don't.

It tries too hard to be "edgy" tries too hard to be "funny" and just comes across as a poorly written, poor excuse for a tv show, such a waste of funding, it is one of ABC's very rare fails.

This isn't aimed at anyone who worked on it or was in it but it's not that great, and wastes a script and it comes across as mean spirited and nasty.

So skip this one you're not missing much or anything really.
