I wasted my time trying to let his show develop into a worthwhile movie to enjoy! Absolutely boring, slow, cheesy and silly plot,
Cheesy acting. Terrible plot. Way too much time spent remembering the deceased boyfriend. Very slow to get to where they were trying to get to with the plot. I stayed with it for about 45 minutes, which was way too long, but I saw all the "great" reviews and was hoping that the film would eventually get better. It never got any better. After 45 minutes, I just had to give up and switch it off. I really thought it was a waste of my 45 minutes that I gave waiting for it to develop into something worthwhile.
I enjoy holiday movies any time of year. I also enjoy romantic comedies involving the holidays, such as is the premise of this movie. Unfortunately, although the plot and theme of the movie was attractive, I never saw or felt any chemistry between the leads. I especially felt that Graham was just going through the lines, no emotion, no connection and no chemistry at all. , I never got the warm, touching, and feel good emotions that I generally get when watching the Hallmark movies. If only the chemistry would have been there and perhaps Grahams part could have been written better or played by a different actor, but I don't think even that would have made that much difference. Sorry, but that's the truth.
This is a very good movie, watchable by any age. It is more for adults though because of of all the legal matters and terms and thinking issues involved within the movie. Superb drama, with emotion, sincerity, an excellent plot and it keeps your interest throughout the entire film. The actors in this movie were all excellent and believable. The flow of the movie is easy to follow with a few twists and turns that all make sense in the end. If you are like me, you want a movie that keeps your interest, is entertaining and you feel good after you have watched it! I would highly recommend this movie. Don't pass this one up if you enjoy an entertaining and sophisticated crime and courtroom movie.
Excellent film depicting the early life of Evangelist Billy Graham. A very rewarding movie to watch! Casting was exceptional; Armie Hammer portrayal of Evangelist Billy Graham was sensational. I was very moved by this film.
I very much enjoyed this movie. The preface was to give point of views from each perspective and allow the viewer to decide. If you are a Christian, you know the true answer is Creationism. If you are not a Christian, you probably are on the fence or either you believe in evolution. Watch the movie, absorb what they are saying in the movie. Which perspective makes more sense to you? I pray that everyone who watches this movie will be enlightened.
I really enjoyed this film! So nice to see a movie about family ties and what really matter in life! The setting was perfect for this movie and the music was just right to blend with what the movie has to say about family.
A very moving, down to earth and well scripted movie with great acting! Do yourself a favor, watch this movie with an open mind and just enjoy it, knowing that this is about real life and how we handle different situations. This is truly a fantastic movie!
I really enjoyed the whole movie, beginning to end! All about young love, taking chances, believing in something, power of positive thinking and following your dreams! Don't believe the bad reviews, treat yourself to this little gem of a movie! It'll make your day better!
Much too long of a movie, I should have stopped watching it about 15 minutes into the movie. It was a waste of time. I hated the context of the movie, not my cup of tea at all!
I enjoyed this movie because it reminds us all that life is not always as we want it to be so we must always continue to have faith and continue to pray for guidance.
