'' Superintelligence '' is a romantic comedy about a woman who becomes an AI's experimental case.

The movie has its moments, with some good comedy scenes and enjoyable performances. The story, on the other hand, was quite generic, rushed in the end, and the romance was badly handled, especially when it came to the finale. The political/espionage part of the story was also badly handled.

At least, the leading lady did what she does best, and her performance, along with the main male lead (though mainly as a voice) was enjoyable and overflowing with chemistry.

So, overall, four out of ten for Superintelligence.

'' Dark Shadows '' is a horror-ish fantasy by Tim Burton starring Johnny Depp. The movie has a cult feel to it, with the movie being passed on a long-running tv series. The costumes and settings all help to create a creepy and atmospheric mood as well.

In addition, the performances were all great and everyone handled their characters well.

However, the story, in the end, was quite generic, the horror part was not that great, and the romance was rather rushed and felt like an afterthought.

So, overall, six out of ten. The atmosphere was nice and the costumes and makeup as well as the performances to the point, but the story was lacking.

'' The Remains of the Day '' is a movie based on the book by the same title by Nobel Prize winner Ishiguro, and depicts the story of butler Mr Stevens, who puts duty above everything, and Miss Kenton, the head maid who questions many of his principles.

The story is about unrequited love and it spans through many decades, as we go back and forth in time, comparing what happened in the past and how Stevens is now.

The movie does an amazing job of doing justice to the book, though it may present the story even better than the original material.

The performances were also great by everyone in the cast, but, especially, the two main leads who handled their emotional scenes brilliantly.

In addition, the two timelines were masterfully handled and didn;t confuse the audience.

So, overall, seven out of ten.
