Hummels & Heroin

This episode features a lot of jokes on words and it's very funny. I especially love the plot as it features children's birthday entertainers ODing. I guess it's just the fact that we get to see another show reference Peppa Pig. I have seen that cartoon so many dang times on YouTube, I'm surprised it isn't more mainstream. Chuck E Cheese always scared me, so I didn't really care for him. I just love seeing those goofy costumes. Another great joke was when some guy said protestant which Cartman mistook for prostitute.

I've done that myself! In a retirement home, the punishment for misbehavior is solitaire. Yeah, I was always annoyed by that game too. I guess it didn't set up that much of a story as previous episodes did. It's still quite entertaining and it's pretty unique for the show. I admit some of the jokes were pretty annoying, particularly the old woman farting. That just got obnoxious. I didn't even know those things were called hummels. I've seen them before though. ***

This is by far the worst episode I've seen in a while, it was pretty disappointing. The social commentary falls pretty flat, despite the relevance of the opioid crisis, and Josh Gad's character was a waste of talent. I don't really know what else to say without spoiling anything, but this episode felt very hollow and didn't really have a point worth acknowledging.

Waiting for good episode but I don't know why all this season episodes are only average.
