Former naval officer Maurice sees his own lifeless body dangling from the mast of his sailboat 'Beau Séjour'. He wakes up on the beach hours later, but nobody can see or hear him. He's wandering around like some kind of living dead man. But why?

Maurice still has no memory of the night of the storm. He starts an investigation and seeks the help of Vinnie. Maurice discovers that there are more 'seers', people who can still see him and with whom he can talk.

The visit to the notary causes a stir among the sisters and Bea. Maurice comes face to face with them. Vinnie speaks to the medical examiner, he is convinced that something is not right.

Maurice needs Vinnie's help again, who fortunately doesn't hesitate. Bea and Tille go looking for answers. Seven years earlier, Esther was put under pressure during her training.

The truth about the bonfire sheds new light on the night of the storm. Vinnie takes Maurice to an interrogation, but this does not work out well. Lola's heartbreak gets out of hand.

Maurice learns something important on his condition. Britt is increasingly falling apart. The family worries about her. Erik's death left a torn family behind.

Kato wakes up covered in blood at hotel Beau Séjour. She sees her own lifeless body lying in the bathtub. She flees and seeks help. No-one seems to see her. She's dead. Slowly Kato discovers five people can still see her.

At her funeral, Kato finds more people who are able to see her and manages to point the police team in the right direction: Hotel Beau Séjour.

Acting on a tip from local psychic, Jef, the Federal police team search the hotel room where Kato was murdered and find blood in the bathroom, so the investigation can progress. Meanwhile, Kato's friend Inès may be up to something.

Grand Opening of the hotel. Schneider goes too far abroad. Charlie confronts Kato with her surprising behaviour the night she died. A Confession! A link between those who see Kato?

Alexander gets caught doing something, and threatens Kato, but she turns it around to try to get something from him. The drug dealer is pursued, creating problems and surprises. Drama is emitted by Luc, Sofia and Cyril.

Vanderkerk and Kato shock each other. Ines grapples with her drug charges. Alex makes his attempt on the DNA sample. Schneider gets hold of the missing CCTV, and a face is revealed. Vanderkerk hides things from the police. Kato kisses on someone. Sofia starts her own investigation. Luc and Kata try to prove Kato's presence to Kato's mother. Alex versus Vanderkerk.

An online video of Leon and Sofia making love in the hotel goes viral, and starts a series of events that will end poorly for them. As for Alexander, he is taken off the case because of police misconduct.

With the new murders, Charlie seems to become unstable as he wants to live with Kato. Marcus blames Luc for everything and has to let Inès go. Alexander is convinced the murderers are after him.

Charlie confesses to everything. Alex threatens a woman who gives him the ___location of the drug lab. Kato and Ines plot to catch White. Alex gets the results of the Vanderkerk shooting inquiry, finds the lab, and finds somebody in it. Cyril threatens Luc with a gun. We learn who got Ines pregnant. Cyril finds bundles of cash. White is revealed.

Dissatisfied with the case, Schneider digs deeper and unravels the final secrets surrounding Kato, who comes face-to-face with her killer.
