Nowhere close to the surrealistic Baskin and wtf were those tentacles.
I saw this only cos i had enjoyed the director's Baskin but this movie is one helluva jumbled mess.
It started off very well and the dreams n hallucinations sequences are terrifying but the ending ruined everything.
There is no explanation about the lady from the portrait or the amulet.
Sex scenes are added but none of em is erotic enuff.
The lead actress is skinny n her boobs ain't good.
The skin peeling scene is totally uncalled for.
The director is obviously inspired by David Lynch, Lars von Trier, H. P. Lovecraft n 60s satanic cult movies bit somehow he never succeeded.

We all loved the first season. I loved the first season for the thrilling games.
The second season is bad cos there ain't any good games in it. Simple. What were the makers thinking?
This second season is devoid of tension, suspense n the excitement.
Forget the absense of games, tension n excitement, this second season season didn't even offer anything new.
Some of the new characters are introduced without any depth or character development.
I had hoped at least they will end the second season with a bang but alas.

I had enjoyed its predecessor n was looking forward to the sequel but somehow missed the bus. Saw this last night on Netflix n enjoyed it. The best part is that I didn't even paused the movie for a sec, didn't even scrolled my fone nor did got up for water.
The events of this movie takes place 7 years after the events of the first film n it follows the return of IRS officer Patnaik (Devgn), who tracks another tax evasion n money laundering crime.
The movie moves at a perfect pace, i fast forwarded the songs. I cannot fathom the need for the item song.
Many fellas may rave about Ritesh's performance but it is Devgn who once again stole the limelight. His mannerisms, his facial expressions n get up, are all convincing.
Can someone tell me which watch is worn by Devgn in the opening scene.
I liked the part where they showed footages of Saurav Shukla.
Eagerly awaiting part 3.
