Although born in Caripito, Venezuela, Diane's parents were American-Born and she grew up in the small town of Coalinga CA, located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley.

Ms. Chambers performed in "Natural Born Filmmaker", wherein Robert W. Gilpin received a "Special Thanks". She also worked with Robert's son, Jordan Gilpin, who wrote, directed and produced "The Hole".

In Jordan Gilpin's short film, "The Hole", the role of "Donna" was written especially for Ms. Chambers.

The Surprise Ending in "The Coed and the Zombie Stoner" was written and added at the last day of shooting just for Miss Chambers who played, "Professor Hagfish" by Scotty Mullen who wrote the screenplay. This ending was chosen to be in the film by the director, Glenn R. Miller, on behalf of The Asylum.
