Some sexual dialogue, both humorous and serious is present in the game, including references to intercourse, masturbation, oral sex, pedophilia and rape. One scene depicts a young woman moaning while having sex with an old man, though no nudity is shown. During one cutscene a multitude of naked corpses can be seen vaguely in the background, although it is impossible to discern graphic details.

The gameplay consists of player characters shooting humanoid monsters, and occasionally other humans. Normal monsters can be mutilated by shooting different body parts - head, arms, or legs. Some of the cutscenes contain extremely graphic depictions of human characters being blown up and shot. In one scene, a human character is shot repeatedly in the face until the top half of his head is missing. Violence is sometimes realistic and other times over-the-top. Dialogue contains additional references to violent acts, such as castration, rape, and suicide.

Dialogue contains numerous profanities, up to and including the word "fuck".

Some scenes depict characters drinking and/or smoking. References are made to drug-smuggling.

The entire game consists of a surreal tone with instances of violent and often disturbing content. Not recommended for young or easily disturbed players.
