Alone In This (You Have Me)

The episode deals with Alma's realisation that she might have broke up with Sam prior to her accident.

Also just why her dad developed his theories. Some people like his own mother who had schizophrenia possessed the potential to see or communicate through time and space. Alma has similar abilities.

The episode bounces with the two strands. Alma looking back to her childhood when she was hard of hearing and then when she had an implant placed on her.

She also can observe Sam's childhood and his immigrant experience in the USA. Alma recognises just what bought her and Sam together.

What was lost in the episode was the mystery regarding Jacob's death.

It was enlightening to learn a bit more about Sam. Until then he was a bit of a jerk.
