- [torch light flickers and shadows move in a window]

- Tauriel: Gundabad?
- Legolas: An orc stronghold in the far north of the Misty Mountains.
- [Feren rides up on horseback]
- Feren: [speaking Elvish] My lord Legolas! I bring word from your father. You are to return to him immediately.
- Legolas: [speaking Elvish] Come, Tauriel.
