While playing paintball, four kids come across aliens Mem and Zen who mistake their paintball gear for warrior gear. They are then enlisted to save the earth by fighting the virus with battleballs that give them superpowers. The Supernoobs now have to learn how to use their new powers to fight a mashed potatoes virus that is destroying their school.

Mem and Zen realize their mistake in picking the Noobs and want to take the battleballs back. In order to save themselves the Noobs must go to space to plead their case to the Benevolent Alliance and keep their battleballs. There they are tested individually and judged on their abilities to fight the virus.

The Noobs make the Cornbury News after fighting a virus beast in the park and realize that they will need superhero costumes to hide their identity. Mem and Zen go to work finding the perfect Earth hero costumes.

The Noobs discover that Mem and Zen have the power to transform themselves into people and imitate their voices. Tyler goes on a date with Amy Anderson to the new smoothie shop when an active yogurt culture smoothie becomes infected with the virus.

Nervous that the virus could attack at any minute Kevin insists on wearing his battleball in school when it malfunctions and he gets stuck as a dog. Upon getting caught by the dog catcher and thrown in the pound the virus begins to infect the stray animals. The Noobs must find a way to free him from the pound before he is stuck that way forever while battling the Virus.

A new strain, called the elimination virus is discovered that has the ability to infect a human without changing their appearance. In an attempt to destroy the Noobs, the virus infects the glee club and they must battle them in a sing and dance off in front of the whole school.

The Noobs training continues as they learn new ways to use their powers to defeat the virus. Realizing that they could use their powers to also defeat their schools arch rivals, the Eastside Wolves, the Noobs join the football team and are faced with a moral dilemma of getting caught.

Shope's parents are concerned about her performance in school and feel that the boys are bad influence. The Noobs sneak into the Galacticus cloaking room where the energy is transferred to Shope, making her invisible instead of the Galacticus. The boys have to keep Shope out of trouble until Mem and Zen can make her visible again.

The Noobs turn to Mem and Zen to help them prepare for the upcoming school dance where a fire virus turns students into fire breathing dragons. In an effort to get closer to Amy, Tyler's plan to save her in his Supernoobs costume backfires when she falls for the super hero version of himself instead.

During rehearsal for the school play where Roach plays a rocket, his battleball becomes activated by his love for the drama coach making him shoot off like a real rocket. Fearful that he will be mistaken for a real missile and shot down the Noobs must find a way to rescue him and bring him back down to Earth.

When Tyler and Shope's guinea pig escapes from home ec class Kevin has to become a guinea pig to sit in while Tyler searches for the real one. Tyler and Roach then discover a virus that recently landed only to find the guinea pig has eaten several of them. Now they must conquer the virus beats and get the guinea pig back in its cage before the end of class.

Mem and Zen take the Noobs to space for the New Virus Warrior Convention and Recruiters Awards where they are not taken seriously and spend the time in their hotel room instead. Meanwhile at the Awards Ceremony, Count Venamus is set on spreading the virus to all the new recruits leaving only the Noobs uninfected to battle the virus.

The Benevolent Alliance has come to inspect the Noobs battleballs, the only problem is they have misplaced them. Mem and Zen fake a virus attack to stall while the Noobs retrace their steps in order to find the battleballs before the leaders discover that they have lost them.

While on a field trip to the museum, the Tyrannosaurus skeleton gets infected by the virus and comes to life.

Mem and Zen decide to become directors and create a TV show based on their adventures with the Noobs

The Noobs pilot the Galacticus into space to get medicine for Mem and Zen's infected eyes, and end up helping a space princess overthrow an evil dictator.

When Count Venamus returns with a giant robot, and a plan to use a virus pod meteor shower to infect the planet, the Noobs turn the Galacticus into a giant robot to stop him.

The Noobs travel to an alien zoo with Mem and Zen, only to be captured and put into a exhibit by the zoo's owner.

Kevin transforms into a cat and gets stuck in a tree until a teen boy rescues him and receives a reward from the city, leading the Noobs to attempt to get the same.

Mem and Zen pose as the Noobs' parents during parent-teacher conferences at school.

The Noobs attempt to use their powers to penetrate the incredibly long line for a new video game.

The Noobs attempt to prove that they are responsible by babysitting for a couple who have just moved into the neighborhood, which becomes more difficult when the baby drinks a bottle infected with the virus.

The Noobs discover that they can turn their battleballs into whatever they desire.

The pressures of living together finally push Mem and Zen to the breaking point, causing them both to move out, and into the homes of the Noobs, who quickly grow tired of them and scheme to get the two back together.

The Noobs take advantage of a lack of virus attacks by going camping, but Kevin is afraid of the Cornbury Monster who is rumored to lurk in the woods.

The Noobs decide to see who's the best of the group by competing in a series of events in the first ever "Supernoob Super Cup".

The Noobs compete against each other in the school science fair, but problems arise when several of the projects are infected by the virus.

Mem and Zen try to make the Noobs seem like great warriors when they discover they will be featured on the intergalactic reality show "Extreme Virus Warriors".

Roach begins to feel that the other Noobs are taking advantage of him, so when a rare bird is infected by the virus on a field trip, he decides to let the others handle it without him.

The Noobs accidentally press a wrong button on the Galacticus and send a planet destroying drone toward Earth.

Mr. Wertz's mind control goggles bring the entire town under his spell, except for Shope

Count Venamus hatches a plan to lock up Roach, in the hopes that it will make it easier to defeat the Noobs.

While at an amusement park, the Noobs must battle virus-infected mascots.

Count Venamus returns and strangely surrenders to the Noobs.

After witnessing the Noobs battle a virus beast while not wearing their super suits, three little girls threaten to reveal their identities.

The Noobs encounter a destructive superhero from another world.

Mem and Zen try to grasp the concept of Halloween. The Noobs fight virus infected people wearing costumes at the Halloween festival.

The Noobs decide to set up their own secret base of operations so they can feel like real superheroes, but get into a fight over what their newfound lair should look like and it destroys their friendship. Mem and Zen, concerned over the Noobs destroyed relationship with each other, try to bring them all back together.

The Noobs ponder over whether or not to use their battle ball powers during school for personal gain.

A new strain of the virus causes the Noobs to get literally sucked into a video game.

General Blorgon and the other members of the Benevolent Alliance visit Earth to enjoy more of what Earth has to offer. They go out to a renaissance barbecue with the Noobs and Mem and Zen but things go awry when the renaissance actors get infected with the virus.

The second Super Noobs Super Cup begins but this time, Mem and Zen decide to compete in it.

The supernoobs had no villains to conquer in the week, so they come up with a plan to do a 24 hour live stream, but they get very big, very quickly, on twitch.

Roach woke up one morning, and checked the mail, only to find out that it a letter, from Fred mazinski. Roach is in the hospital, and the noobs are in witness protection, and try to take down Fred Mazinski.

Tyler brings up a great idea to the noobs, to destroy the US government and make a new empire to their city. Only to find out that Tyler actually has the woke virus. Mem and Zen crack a cold one, and watch
