The supposed supernatural entity in the film is referred to as the "Jap". The entity itself looked like a partially naked man with blood-red eyes. Very scary and disturbing.

Just like a lot of these Korean movies, the ending is very bleak and dark.

There are some disturbing and/or gory scenes present in the film, albeit without strong detail. There are also some prolonged frightening scenes depicted.
