In 1984, he appeared in the Broadway musical "Sunday in the Park With George" with Mandy Patinkin and Bernadette Peters.

Played the role of Hubert in "Life x 3" at Circle in the Square, NYC, from March 27th - June 29th, 2003. His co-stars included Helen Hunt, John Turturro and Linda Emond.

In 1978, he appeared in a Broadway revue called "A History of American Film".

In 1985, he played "The Duke" in the Broadway musical "Big River" replacing original cast member Rene Auberjunois.
