This movie was pretty good and is not as bad as everybody says it is. People are just really mean and take it out on Hilary or Haylie or whoever they don't like that is in it. I think this movie rocked yeah it was a little cheesy but it was funny. I personally think that the rating should have been pg 13 but it was still good. I think that Hilary and Haylie Duff are great actors and if you listened to the bonus material they say that they want the performance to come across as fake because that's how they thought the Marchetta sisters were. I think that it is a good movie maybe not for the age range they were shooting for but a good movie. Hilary and Haylie Duff tried their best to put on a great performance for everyone and I think that we should appreciate it. Overall I thought that Material Girls was a good movie because it had its funny parts and underneath it did have a lesson even if they might not have made it clear enough.
