Now i really did enjoy this show. I loved the culture of the Latino household and relationships between parent and child, grandparent and grandchild. The fun add ons from the narrator makes the show even more humorous than it already is. All the characters however imperfect are endearing except for the title character Ms. Jane Gloriana Villanueva. With every episode she gets more painful to watch. The actress playing Jane does a terrible job by portraying a supposedly devout godfearing good human being as an aggressive, selfish overbearing personality and has driven me and my friends to stop watching one of our previously favorite TV shows. So previously an 8.5, I now give it a 5 and will never watch this show again.

For some reason, my program did not display the season 2, so I watched all the seasons and then came back to see what really happens in the 2nd one. Unfortunately, my patience towards the main character is already very low. The only reason I liked the show a little bit was the great work of Ro and Xo and lovely Petra, who is the only one who shows a development. Jane, Michael and Alba are stuck, boring and egocentric. I cannot put up with them. I don't understand why the main character and actress is so unlikable, so judgmental and double-standard, it is unrealistic how everyone could like her. Also the actress really do not have the qualities to build the role that Jane is supposed to present, her looks are arrogant. In the beginning it was a fun parody of a telenovela. Then the main actress and character ruined the whole show.

It started off good, but the drama is just so annoying. It's constantly about a love triangle and fighting over the hotel like it's Game of Thrones. I'm surprised it actually lasted for 5 seasons. Jane is just straight up annoying. She's nosy and dumb so I have no idea why the other characters fell in love with her. She's constantly interfering with people's lives and decisions. She's acting like her opinion is always right which is ridiculous when she doesn't even have her crap together. She also can't dance... Every time she dances, it's the most cringeworthy thing ever.

My wife ran out of shows to watch, so she started watching this one. Usually, I don't care for any of the shows she watches, but I can sit down and get into the story and tolerate them.

This show? I hate every time it's on. I can't stand the stupidity. It's not even remotely funny. Seriously. My wife doesn't even laugh. The story is just plain ridiculous and stupid. The characters are almost all completely unlikable and annoying.

Ugh, sorry, take all this for what it's worth, but honestly this show is absolute trash. There are multiple other garbage shows you could watch before having to give yourself over to this mind-numbing, irredeemable garbage.

i really can't understand people watching soap opera, must have nothing else to do! And seriously where is there any humor in the show?! Ridiculous writing and plot lines... she is a virgin and she is pregnant with a man she once kissed! Aw no! and the doctor is a lesbian and has an adventure with her father's wife, so hot! Of course let's put some lesbian act, that's the tendency right ? It would touch a larger public... It just sends the idea that even if the wife might be lesbian she's still having sex with a man because she's so bad and has an agenda of course ;) I watched it because I discovered Bridget Regan was playing in it but how sad I felt to see her in that role, wasting her talent?! It touches a very specific kind of public and if it's what pleases the majority of us, then it is scary. This show has nothing positive to bring us, moving on...

Honestly, the show is just any other Latino soap opera ever made, just this time translated to English and being so pumped up by the media that it is impossible to escape. If there was a spam filter for TV commercials, this would be the first show I would add to the list, yet it keeps using all sources to be presented as "the best show ever" while the plot is awful, the story is cheesy, acting is dreadful and even spending 5 minutes watching it is a complete torture to intelligence and a waste of time.

Dear TV channels, please stop using media power to throw this into our faces constantly, honestly in lack of better words, no matter how much you have invested to make this out there - it sucks.

What can I say about the plot? Does it ever happen, girl gets inseminated by mistake gets pregnant and everything moves into the never-ending drama of people always looking 100% perfect with their outfits, hair and makeups? I'll be disappointed if there doesn't happen at least one stream of mascara tears... as in any other Latino sap opera. It's not relaxing or interested and it's frustrating to watch.

But wait... main actress has a stand to make for being or not being enough of Latino? What other sources will media use to bring this TV show up really and where does this END? Puhleeze, leave us alone already and let us CHOOSE what to watch and not FORCE us to watch this kind of things later presenting it as something so watched it broke the record - probably because it's ALWAYS ON in all the media!

Bad acting, predictable scenes, worst plot ever. And no it's not because anyone is Latino, it's because the show is bad.

First few episodes were funny, but God it just went on and on and on with the triangle. Honestly got sick of it by season 2.

The main character is just annoying with the stupid love triangle. Using the baby as an excuse to play with heart of two man, that by the way are so hot and i never understood what they see in her.

Plus the snow kisses moments are so ridiculous. Everytime she kissed one of them had to be snow...pls we understood the first time.

My god, this show started ok, but now it's unbearable.

The show goes in a certain way and makes you fall in love with certain characters but apparently something happens in the team and the whole show changes and they try to make the characters bad and ruin the chemistry. It becomes very boring suddenly and you think there's something coming up that is a plot twist and that's gonna make things right again but no. It ends poorly.

What a disgusting cast. The lamest they could get. Jane and her mother are ugly I mean on TV you expect to see good things beautiful people. Jane is soo selfish and annoying her expressions are so annoying! It gets lamer with every episode. The plastic surgery was crap, a character keeps wearing plastic and removing it changing faces apparently they're trying to pull a serious story with this childish crap. And Jane's mother Xiomara was the worst character ever!

The most judgemental, hypocritical superior character I've ever seen. I absolutely can't stand her walking contradictions and imposing her religious and social views on everyone around her while failing to live up to her own unrealistic, holier than thou standards. I constantly wished Rafael would leave her.

How could anyone get past Episode 1???? I need answers

I really enjoyed the first season but I lost interest. Plus, some things really do not add up. If you have ever been in for a pap smear the doctor usually spends time with you before you lay down and they also examine your breasts. They need to make things a little more believable. Maybe, also film the movie in the actual state the it is supposed to be set in and not in California.

I also found the political stuff to be annoying and immature (it's not like we are all dumb and don't know about what's going in the USA and the world). I watch TV to get away from that stuff. Americans have enough anxiety and depression.
