Mac mini Service Programme for No Power Issue

Apple has discovered that a very small percentage of Mac mini (2023) devices with the M2 chip may no longer power on. Affected devices were manufactured between 16 June 2024 to 23 November 2024.

If your Mac mini has exhibited this issue, please use the Serial Number checker below to see if your device is eligible for this programme. If so, Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider will provide service, free of charge.
