Copy, cut, and paste text in Pages for iCloud
To quickly reuse text, copy it in one ___location and paste it to another. You can also cut text to remove it from its original ___location.
Go to Pages for iCloud
, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
In your document, select the text you want to copy or cut.
Do one of the following:
On a Mac: Press Command-C to copy the text or Command-X to cut it.
On a Windows device: Press Control-C to copy the text or Control-X to cut it.
When you cut text (rather than pressing the Delete key on your keyboard), you can paste the text into another ___location immediately.
To paste the text, place the insertion point (or select some text) where you want the text to appear, then do one of the following:
On a Mac: Press Command-V.
On a Windows device: Press Control-V.
