So slow, so very, very slow and when both Mai leads are so uninteresting and irritating you have to give up, which I did a little in to Episode 4. Couldn't face any more. An interesting messed up Police/FBI investigation got lost in the background.

Over dramatize depiction of a true crime. The FBI lady is a made up character (has to have a sexual interest thrown in there I guess). Who knows what else is made up? Jimmy Keen is always wearing a tailored prison outfit, his actor is terrible as the character, and just as bad at acting. Dramatic cutscenes are overly prevalent and just for filler, since the story becomes redundant and boring. The corrupt prison guard looks like a comedian. I don't know what the writers were going for here, but it is clear they were charged with cramming two hours of docudrama into six. I watched the whole thing just so I could write this review-I should have stopped at episode three when it fell off the rails.

I wanted this to be good.....it isn't!

I stuck it out for all of 40 minutes, but I'm going to take a stab at what happens.... Our wooden lead character gets the serial killer to reveal the whereabouts of a body.... Okay, I want out.

But no, Woody, there are other bodies....

Awful acting, awful script, just awful!

Reasons why its bad : 1. The best thing about psycopaths series is the conversation and in this show is terrible.

His show is so overrated. First of all it is based on a character who deals in illegal arms and cocaine named Jimmy. Charismatic and charming with intelligence this character gets busted and got sentenced to 10 years in jail. To get out of this punishment he has to move to different jail where mentally ill people are serving their sentence. In there, lies a serial killer who has killed more than 14 women. Jimmy of course takes a deal. I am on 5th episode now and it is so BORING. This show tries to be like a Mindhunter and Hannibal but it has so many logical flaws.

1. Why TF authorities in Springfield jail cannot collaborate with the FBI? Like WTF!!! A big L on this one 2. Sounds and background stories are so LAME. How this show got 98% on rottentomatoes? I could have written a better storyline than this one.

3. So jimmy's hair stays perfect in jail? ALL THE TIME? Full of MAKEUP? Like seriously?

4. So FBI is brave enough to get jimmy into next cell of Larry but dumb enough they can't work with the police and psychiatrists of Springfield??

THIS IS THE WORST SHOW I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Weak acting, laughable cops, tepid dialogue, and director Michael Roskam couldn't build a scene if his life depended on it.

Enjoy the closeups of a dead child, I guess. Apple has nothing but contempt for you.

All these good high point reviews seem to be bought by the show or hijacked by TE fans. The show is poor from every angle be it direction,dialogues or the acting except for paul,greg and ray. Hope no awards are given to this show as it would be unfair to the shows that actually deserve to be awarded.

So hyped but is extremely disappointing. Skip it if you don't wanna waste your time. Do not fall for the fake reviews.

Paul hauser is the only good thing about it. He plays his creepy role well but other than that there is nothing else worth looking forward to. The pacing is also so slow that I watched it in 2× speed just to end it somehow.

This film is such a disappointment in almost every respect. I had expectations but nothing worked. The acting is hard to watch and not convincing the film is stretched out to breaking point and it is proof positive that Taron Egerton cannot act. I rarely write a review but this waste of my time drove me to do so.

Had to skip,watch in 2× speed a lot of the times just to end it somehow. The good reviews and ratings feel like they have been bought because this show is nothing like a 8.2 rating. Most of the reviews are hijacked by TE's fans and whats surprising is he is the weakest on the show. His acting was terrible and hard to watch. Others weren't that great either. Direction was poor and so were the dialogues and the poor delivery by the actors did not help the case. The only compelling thing in this is paul's creepy acting of larry. If this show or any actor gets any awards because of the seemingly bought or hacked fake high rated reviews, it would be a shame because its not deserving at all.

Don't waste your time watching this, there are a lot of other great true crime thrillers out there. Once again, this show really did not deserve the hype it got lol.

After 15 mins I realised this was made for all fans of crappy US series like CSI. Cheesy, instantly dislikeable characters like the main character played by Elton John. Completely unrealistic, style over substance.

We're supposed to believe Elton and Ray Liotta are father and son.

We're supposed to believe he rolls into prison without breaking stride. No issues there, why would there be?

No, straight into the main plot line of FBI wanting him to go undercover for them. Or something. It was at this point I turned off. Once again having disappointed my wife with my TV selection. Who knows when I will be able to choose again? Thanks Elton.

Sorry this is So bad and repugnant to watch. I really dont like it! Dont wast ur time! If do u like to wast ur precious time u can see it............i like to watch suspense movie and season but not this one.
