  • Nobody truly wins in war

Many people said that this movie was going to glorify war in a time when we shouldn't. They were terribly wrong. I personally wanted to watch this movie at a movie theatre because the experience is something else (sound, cinematography, etc.) for these type of movies.

Boy, were those people wrong. This movie is the exact OPPOSITE. Warfare does a great job showing the intelligence, stupidity, and suffering of war from the civilians (that poor family...) and soldiers perspectives (poor young guys...) All of our politicians and "leaders" should watch this movie. They need to understand that our young Americans should not go out there in vain and need the support outside & inside the confines of war.

  • Tough Story, But Worth the Watch

The reason why I gave this show a shot was because of Ray Liotta, Taron Egerton, and Greg Kinnear. I always liked their movies. Their acting was superb, as well as everybody else in this project. The pace, camera work, and symbolism really stood out as well. You can also argue on how this a great cautionary tale for our society in regards to mental health, sexual education, and how important a loving family is to a child.

The "true crime genre" itself is not something I like to watch as it's very disturbing to me, but I stuck it out as you become heavily invested in Jimmy's and the detectives struggle to lock up Hall for good. I highly recommend this even if it's hard to watch at times.
