"My experience has truly shaped how I think, how I work, and how I collaborate. Every day really does feel like Day 1", shares Manny an intern on our Robotics Operations team. He says "From Day 1, I was welcomed into a space that’s fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly focused on learning. Over the past four months, I’ve grown more than I ever expected—both in how I think about supply chain and how I approach solving problems with data. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is how to make smarter business decisions by using the right data—especially during system migrations or when timelines get tight. I also learned how to communicate insights effectively with senior leaders, which has helped me feel more confident presenting ideas that actually drive action. Thanks to programs like AR Academy, I picked up advanced SQL skills that I directly applied in the dashboard project I built for my team. What I love about Amazon is that learning isn’t limited—people from different teams are always open to sharing what they’re working on. That transparency gave me a broader view of how everything connects across the company." Check out our internship opportunities: https://amzn.to/3TEx2qy #hiring #Amazon #intern
